How to claim

2. Follow the return instructions you receive.
3. Ship the product back (a tracked service is recommended).
4. Your refund is issued to your original payment method once the return is processed.

Where you bought matters

Bottles bought from third-party sellers may not be covered. Order from the official site to keep the guarantee.
